3. Payment Terms

Subscription and Usage Charges

Payments for monthly subscriptions, services, and additional usage fees (e.g., text messages, phone calls, AI-related services) must be made using a valid credit card. Invoices are not provided as a method of payment. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

3.2

Buildout Fee

A one-time buildout fee is charged for initial system setup. This fee is separate from and does not include the monthly subscription costs.

Rebilling Costs

The following usage rates apply to additional services offered through the Platform:

4. No Refund Policy

4.1

All Sales Are Final

All sales, including subscription fees, buildout fees, and usage charges, are final. Due to the nature of our digital platform, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

4.2

Chargebacks and Account Reactivation

If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be deactivated immediately. To reactivate the account, you are required to pay:The full amount of the chargeback.A $500 reactivation fee for administrative and system reset costs.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

5.1

Account Suspension

If you pause your subscription, all system access and functionality will cease immediately. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for suspended accounts.

5.2

Termination by the Company

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for non-compliance with this Agreement, failure to pay, or misuse of the Platform.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

6.1

Proprietary Rights

All systems, software, data, and proprietary materials associated with your account are owned exclusively by BMore Fluent. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform as outlined in this Agreement.

Non-Transferability

Accounts and associated services are non-transferable. You may not assign or share your account with others.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information.

7.2

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

BMore Fluent will not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories.

9. Governing Law
